This policy covers the products owned and sold by DKM Sports. This policy does not apply to products sold through affiliates. DKM Sports, LLC (Country of Origin: United States of America) is the sole owner of www.dkmsports.com.

Your privacy is important to us. We protect your online information in the same way we protect our customer information obtained through telephone or facsimile. We do not sell your private information that we collected online to any third parties. However, we may send you offer/ promotional information based on the information you have provided us, such as closeouts and/or hot deals.

Shipping:
The pricing listed for each product is the price you pay (not including sales tax for Illinois residents). There is no additional cost for shipping. On average, products will be shipped within 48 hours. To ensure competitive pricing, UPS Ground Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping via the US Post Office will be leveraged based on the size of your purchase.
Orders:
In the unlikely event that a product is
out of stock, DKM Sports will make every attempt to replace the product with
one that is equal or greater in value. If the event occurs, you will be
contacted with a picture and description of the replacement item. At that
time, you will have the option to accept the replacement item or to cancel
your purchase. Note: In the event that a customer does not provide
sufficient contact information, DKM Sports reserves the right to supplement
a product for equal or greater value.
Returns/Refund Policy:
Returns are to be shipped prepaid. All goods returned maybe be charge a 15% restocking fee. For any shipping errors, or missing merchandise, customer service must be contacted within 3 days or all claims are void. Items shipped in error must be returned in their original state in their original shipping cartons. The credit card that was used for the initial purchase will be the card used to credit the refund.
